The Finders Keepers is an incredible design market, that features the work of independent makers and designers from across Australia. Founded in 2008, the Finders Keepers has now grown to be Australia's leading design market. With events held in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, the market promotes and supports over 1200 sellers each year.
So naturally, when looking to hold our very first market stall and come out from behind our laptops and say hi to you all, we chose (and were happily chosen by) the Autumn/Winter Finders Keepers in Melbourne. It was such a huge success we'll be back for more fun in Spring.
More of a festival than a market, this event combines design, art, good food, live music and a fun community spirit under one awesome roof. These markets are a unique experience to shoppers with each visit, with new sellers being showcased at each event (a la yours truly). For people mindful of conscious consumerism, and those seeking to actively support small, local businesses.
