We ship far and wide and we're pretty proud of that. However, we are not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yep. Express shipping within Australia is offered as an option within the checkout process. We charge $15 for express shipping and ask that you place your order before 1pm to allow us enough time to get your order off to you in time for next day delivery.

Orders ship every weekday from our Okay Lady office in Melbourne. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday morning. During high volume periods, like a sale, the processing time may increase slightly but we do our best to be as quick as possible.
For domestic orders, deliveries should be expected in 5-7 business days. For international orders, shipments may take up to 15-21 business days.
We take your happiness super seriously here at Okay Lady and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, your puzzle is not everything you had hoped for please email us at hello@okaylady.com.au and a real human with a great big heart will straighten things out. We want you to love your puzzle as much as we do so we handle each return with care.
Domestic orders:
We happily accept the return of unused and undamaged products for a full refund in the form of the original payment.
International orders:
We also happily accept the return of unused and undamaged goods and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees.
